I manufacture all dog coats, collars, sleeping bags etc. by hand! Many items are customised on request.

Order and dispatch

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. All information about delivery times remains binding, but will be adhered to as far as possible. The delivery period may be extended, e.g. due to delayed deliveries of materials from upstream suppliers. In this case you will be informed immediately. Ordered goods are sent by invoice, but can also be collected from the shop.

Payments in the online shop:

PostPac Economy - 2 kg CHF 8.00

PostPac Economy - 5 kg CHF 10.00

An additional CHF 2.00 is charged for PostPac Priority.

Online shop per order flat rate CHF 8.00

Returns

Goods must be returned no later than 5 days after receipt if they do not fit or for other justified reasons.

Coats etc. that have already been worn will not be taken back and will not be replaced free of charge!

No refunds will be made, a credit note will be issued for the goods.

Repairs

Climbing replacements and other minor repairs (harness buckles, tears in the fabric caused by branches etc.) will only be carried out on Yvolon Design goods if they can still be repaired. Return shipping will be charged as normal.

Liability

I accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of my products.

Washed too hot, incorrect use of the product, etc.
